For Julien Pilati, Entre Amis and bridegrooms, is above all a meeting. The chef and executive director takes that privileged links for exchange, to speak about their favorite flavors and their culinary desires. The tailor-made for the Chef it’s imagines a meal which meets their expectations and used seasonal and very good quality products. “I’m invested with the bridegrooms because I want everything to be perfect. All requests are accepted, provided that they follow our approach, explain Julien Pilati. I will never propose some strawberries in January. The tailor-made deals with what we like: palace spirit, prestigious hotels, starred establishments.”
A high-end catering 100% creative
Gastronomy is above all feelings and emotions. “This is so agreeable for us to revisit dishes, do new propositions, test ideas and improve the recipes” says, Julien Pilati. For one of weddings this year, a couple ask us to have some coquillettes with ham based on truffle… But that’s not all! “At the beginning of 2019, a couple ask us to have a stuffed veal for their wedding menu. We have created a special main course for them, a stuffed veal with black olive from Baux de Provence!”, continues the Chef. Anything is possible and the creativity has no limits!

Entre Amis Traiteur is delighted to have a foreign clientele who are interested about gustative discoveries and exceptional local products. Bridegrooms are coming from all over the world to taste French food made in Provence for their wedding menu. In particularly for the “Welcome dinner” for the Friday night and Sunday brunch. “Some of our foreign client give us free hand for cooking according to their traditions”, says Julien Pilati. India, China, Argentina… Entre Amis Traiteur’s Chefs adapt with pleasure! They do some research, document, tests to find authentic taste of world cuisine. We love challenges!

This is essential for us to adapt the dish for the guest who has a special regime. We propose tasty and delicious dishes. The tailor-made is to be able to propose dishes who correspond with health constraints.
Entre Amis Traiteur approach turned toward seasonal organic fruits and vegetables allows us to offer a lot of different vegetal breath dishes! What content vegan and vegetarian.
