The chef

The story of Entre Amis Catering’s chef is above all a family story and of gastronomy.
At Pilati, both are since always closely dependent. Because its first steps, it is very often in a kitchen that they are done.
With parent’s restorer in Champagne, Julien Pilati was no exception to the rule. He lives in prestigious land, his first gustative emotion before devoting itself to essence: taste. Formed near starred chef from prestigious houses, he learns all of his requirement school who forge his passion for an authentic and creative cooking which sublime a very good product. No surprise then, it has become a gourmet catering reputed in Provence.

Concerned with maintain the highest degree of requirement of our gourmet catering, Julien Pilati has surrounded itself with a team of professionals who share the same desire.
