In Entre Amis Traiteur, we design the cooking like a moment of sharing. The sharing we offering to our guests during a cocktail, wedding dinner, gala or reception, as that which contributes to the development of the cuisine we love. Our high-end catering is linked to the territory in which we evolve: Provence. Fruits and vegetables from Luberon and Pays de Sorgues, cereals and truffles from Ventoux, fishes from Mediterranean, meats from Provence and South of France… To propose the best on our tables, producers who serve Entre Amis Traiteur work focus on cultivation methods (in the field), and sustainable farming and respectful of the environment and species. In majority of our producers’ partners have now an organic farming. They will be in integrality around 2020.

Exceptional freshness

The supply in our local producers which respect nature and who support the environment guarantee high quality dishes. To achieve excellence flavor, the freshness of the product is also a fundamental criterion. When they are picked for Entre Amis Traiteur, fruits and vegetables are just ripe, whereas fishes straight away are immediately rushed then worked by our chefs to ensure freshness impeccable.
